Dalia Najjar
Al-Quds Bard College
Dalia is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in various sciences, ranging from basic biology to health and agriculture. She has worked extensively in the United States, Switzerland, and Palestine. Upon her return to Palestine, Dalia joined Farouk Systems Palestine as the youngest General Manager in the company's history.
In addition to her role at Farouk Systems, Dalia currently serves as an adjunct faculty member teaching social entrepreneurship at Al-Quds- Bard College and 9 different universities around the world, including refugees and unprivileged youth in countries of conflict. She also works as the Academic Director for the Open Society Network University, where she develops Entrepreneurship and Innovation programs at Al-Quds Bard College. Through her work with undergraduates, Dalia equips her students with the tools and mindset to launch and scale new innovative solutions. Additionally, she works with the university to develop a full curriculum in Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Dalia's expertise and experience also extend to her role as an account manager and trainer for trainees and instructors as well as stakeholders interested in using the RebelBase platform. Dalia holds an undergraduate degree in Biology (Pre Medicine) and a graduate degree in Environmental Policy from Bard College in New York.
