NCC registration happens on each campus and deadlines vary according to each institution's registration process.
An OSUN Online Course (OOC) is offered at one institution, is taught fully online, and enrolls students from multiple OSUN campuses. A Network Collaborative Course (NCC) is created collaboratively by faculty across multiple OSUN campuses and taught in person on each of those campuses; students come together online and offline throughout the semester to work together on assignments and projects.
Both types of courses focus on OSUN themes, which include sustainability, inequality, human rights, democratic practice, global justice, and more. Many courses are components of OSUN Academic Certificate Programs, which provide structured curricular and co-curricular pathways through the themes.

- Characters in the Colony
- International Feminisms and/in Contemporary Literature
- Introduction to Peace and Conflict Studies
- Philosophy as Therapy
- Religion and Society
The full list of NCCs includes:
- Economic Perspectives for Policy Making
- Epistemology of Conspiracy Theories
- Human Rights and Modern Society: China and Taiwan
- Student Voting Rights and American Democracy
- Social Entrepreneurship
