OSUN Science Shop Open Seminar at EHU

3 AM New York l 9 AM Vienna l 10 AM Vilnius

On December 1, the European Humanities University (EHU) hosts an open seminar with the OSUN Science Shop program. The program, successfully launched in 2021/2022 in partnership with Central European University (CEU, Vienna), aims to strengthen cooperation between the academy and civil society organizations, providing experiential and engaged learning programs for students while helping to address real-world problems.

The seminar will be held in a hybrid format in English and Russian. The purpose of the seminar is to familiarize participants with the impacts of the program implemented in 2021/2022, as well as with new opportunities for 2022/2023.

An invitation to join the seminar is extended to all OSUN faculty and students; nonprofit civic initiatives, especially representatives from Lithuanian nonprofits and civic organizations and Belarusian civic organizations relocated to Lithuania, Poland and Georgia; and cultural and educational platforms and research centers interested in cooperation, regardless of their location.

The Science Shop team at EHU offers mediation in communication between civil organizations, as well as EHU teachers and students; organization of events at the university to outline project topics; and financial support for the implementation of projects. Read about projects OSUN Science Shop delivered last year at the request of civil society organizations and EHU faculty and students.
