Majd Hajjaj

Al-Quds Bard College

Driven by her passion for the arts, particularly performance, Majd Hajjaj is a Palestinian cultural facilitator with over 15 years of experience in Palestine’s cultural sector. She has worked as a cultural manager and fundraiser for various Palestinian organizations and as a performer in circus, theater, vocals, and dance. Believing in the arts' power to foster communities, she earned her Master’s degree in Management from Durham University, UK, focusing her dissertation on Marketing Management for Performing Arts Organizations (2010-2011). Majd has effectively navigated both the artistic and managerial realms within the cultural and creative industries. She currently leads the Delia Arts Foundation’s initiatives in Palestine and co-manages the Palestine Music Space, striving to amplify Palestinian voices through music. Her experience also includes managing live music video productions and conducting research in the arts and cultural sector.
