It is intended to introduce students to the history of the development of women’s rights, its domestic and international regulation and covers historical aspects of different time periods, general overview of the criminal law and respective issues, international conventions and confrontation of domestic and international law. It reviews and discusses the current situation with women’s rights internationally and in several countries as examples.
