The UN Commissioner for Human Rights (September, 2021) has called for an urgent action in dealing with the threats that artificial intelligence poses on human rights. In the similar manner the Report by the Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression (2018, A/73/348) has stressed out that artificial intelligence is a challenge and a threat for human rights. The course's main aim is to focus on the limits and threats of technology to human rights on the one hand, and possibilities on the other.
