Focusing on Spanish literature and visual arts, it questions how fiction and art serve to construct our collective memory and reshape our imagination of the future. The course examines blurred lines between journalism, literature, and art, probing the ethics and functions of testimony in hybrid cultural expressions. Conducted in Spanish.
Prerequisites: This course will be conducted in Spanish. Advanced or native command of the Spanish language is a must. Students are required to contact the instructor before registration to ensure eligibility for enrollment in this 300-level seminar.
