The course is focused on the comprehensive study of comparative law in the 21st century. It provides students with an opportunity to explore how different countries address similar problems in the areas of constitutional law, criminal law, environmental law, and other fields on the national level. The course allows students to go beyond the study of the national law of their countries which is important in an increasingly interdependent world marked by dynamic and rapid changes.
