Algorithmic fairness is a field that discovers causes of bias in algorithms through measurements of fairness. This interdisciplinary course examines the intersection between the fast integration of artificial intelligence in diverse areas of societal life and its implications on human rights. By exploring ethical dimensions and the concept of fairness, it equips students with a critical framework for addressing the complexities of AI development and use in various contexts.
