Unpacking the Ongoing Massacre of Hazaras, a Decades-Long Genocide

CEU is sponsoring a panel discussion in memory of the 53 young Hazara students who were recently killed in their classroom in Afghanistan. Activists and experts will discuss the history of atrocities aimed at the Hazara community and what can be done to stop them. Speakers will unpack the decades-long genocide, discuss the links to the Taliban, and the current Afghan government's stance on these heinous attacks. Event organizers request individuals at OSUN institutions to join them in requesting the UN and international communities to recognize this atrocity, bring the Taliban before the International Court of Justice and take urgent measures to end this genocide.
