This course introduces students to the basic concepts and problems of international public law and the connection of those to the fundamentals that the UN System established. International law commonly is defined as the rules, principles and norms, which govern the interaction among states, many of which originated from the establishment of the League of Nations so as the United Nations international organization. Prerequisite: Introduction to Law.
