Bilingual Reading and Writing Workshop: Creative Writing (Spanish and English)

We will share writing tools to work with memories; we will use writing prompts from an anthology of readings made up of fragments of memoirs written by Latin American female authors. The class will be focused on reading (literature) to write and understanding how they did it. The class can be taught entirely in Spanish or as a bilingual workshop (Spanish and English). Prerequisite: Writing and discussion in either Spanish or English. A basic level of reading comprehension is required in both languages.
